Kate lives by a code in life and within that code, her number one rule is to impact lives.  She believes the best way to impact a community is individual time, one person at a time.  This involves presenting true care and a keen interest in making things better to bring a positive outcome into other people’s lives. Being a surgical assistant allows her to help people and impact their lives.
