It is Oral Surgery Associates standard that you recieve "An Experience in Excellence" during every visit.  We have achieved our standard when:

• We respond to an incoming call within three rings of the telephone.
• We schedule our patients' initial visits within three business days.
• We illuminate that the patient "arrival time" is 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.  
• We recognize our patients by their name without having to be introduced.
• We meet or exceed the patients' standards for quality in the services we provide.
• We lead a patient into an exam room/operatory within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. 
• We actively listen and respond to each patient's needs, questions and concerns.
• We sincerely express our appreciation to our patients for coming to see us for their oral surgery needs.
• We are an interdependent team committed to making "excellence" a personal experience for all our patients.
• We seek continual improvement in all aspects of our service and profession...it's an attitude we will demonstrate!
