In September 2006, Oral Surgery Associates had the honor to be named a repeat recipient of the Excellence in Customer Service Award.
The Better Business Bureau of the Pikes Peak Region, Inc., recognizing our ongoing commitment to excellence, presented the award. We are challenged to continually improve service to our patients and referring professionals. We, and our staff, want to assure you that we expect to meet that challenge!
The Better Business Bureau describes this award program as follows: "In 1995, the Better Business Bureau of the Pikes Peak Region formed the EICS program. The simple premise was to help make the Pikes Peak Region a better place to work and live. The program was designed to help businesses improve their service practices, increase customer satisfaction and build profitable relationships that keep customers coming back. Companies that apply complete the EICS application that consists of five (5) in-depth essay questions designed after the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria. While completing the application, the company will be taking a thorough look at their programs and documenting the extent (approach), quality (deployment) and effectiveness (results) of their customer service practices."
