Payment is expected at the time of service. If you have circumstances that require additional planning, you can speak with our financial team when you come in for your initial visit. We have several options available to make your surgical needs attainable.

Insurance Coverage

As a courtesy, our staff will help you determine your insurance benefits. In addition, we will be happy to submit a claim for the services provided. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond in 4- weeks.  Any balance remaining, after your insurance pays, is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. 

* Our policy states that you are fully responsible for all fees charged within 60   days of service, regardless of insurance reimbursement. *
