Oral and maxillofacial surgery is a specialty of dentistry concerned with the evaluation and treatment of patients who have oral pathology, facial trauma, congenital or developmental growth abnormalities and temporomandibular joint disorders; or who require jaw reconstruction, the placement of implants, or the removal of erupted or impacted teeth. Dr. Hildebrandt and Dr. Crichton are also specially trained in the administration of anesthesia for surgical procedures, which will assist you in having a surgical experience with minimal discomfort.
