Customer Service Award

In September 2011, The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado awarded Oral Surgery Associates of Colorado Springs with the 2011 Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) Award.  With great excitement and honor, we are proud of our award-winning customer service practices as we have earned this prestigious award not once (2002), not twice (2006) but three times!

The Better Business Bureau of the Pikes Peak Region, Inc., recognizing our ongoing commitment to excellence, presented the award. We are challenged to continually improve service to our patients and referring professionals. We, and our staff, want to assure you that we expect to meet that challenge!

The Better Business Bureau describes this award program as follows: “In 1995, the Better Business Bureau of the Pikes Peak Region formed the EICS program. The simple premise was to help make the Pikes Peak Region a better place to work and live. The program was designed to help businesses improve their service practices, increase customer satisfaction and build profitable relationships that keep customers coming back. Companies that apply complete the EICS application that consists of five (5) in-depth essay questions designed after the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria. While completing the application, the company will be taking a thorough look at their programs and documenting the extent (approach), quality (deployment) and effectiveness (results) of their customer service practices.”
